Date
The date is the time frame of your metrics (visitors, bookings, conversion rate, potential income). By default, we show you the last 30 completed days, but you can choose any time frame you like.
Chart + Table View (Day/Week/Month)
You can select the time unit – day, week, or month – in which your metrics will show in the chart and in the data table. The default is “Day”, i.e. every point in the chart and every row in the table will be a single day. If you select “Week” or “Month”, the data will be aggregated accordingly and show your metrics per week or month.
Important: The data always relies on the date filter. Make sure that the date filter covers the entire time frame for the weeks/months you want to see. The easiest way to accomplish this is to set the date filter to “is in the last x complete weeks” / “is in the last x complete months”. Alternatively, use the “is in range” date filter option to define specific calendar dates from yyyy-mm-dd to yyyy-mm-dd. |
Visitors
The number of unique visitors landing on GetYourGuide by clicking-through from your GetYourGuide affiliate links and widgets.
Bookings
The number of activities that your visitors purchased after clicking on one of your GetYourGuide affiliate links and widgets.
Conversion rate (CR)
The ratio of visitors booking an activity (bookings/visitors).
Potential income
This is the amount of commission from your bookings. We only pay out commission if the traveler has attended the activity. That’s why we call it potential income. Once the activity has been conducted, the commission is added to your next payout. Read more about commission tracking and payout here.
Your next payout as of today
This is the amount of commission (as of today) you have accumulated since your last payout. It will be paid out on the 5th of the month, when you reach the equivalent of USD 50. Read more about commission tracking and payout here.
Chart
The chart gives you a visual representation of your metrics over time. Choose your desired time frame in the “Date” filter. You can also adjust the unit of the time-axis. See single days or aggregations per week/month by adjusting the “Chart + Table View'' filter.
Notice: By default, the chart shows only visitors. You can also visualize your other metrics (bookings, conversion rate, and potential income) by clicking on the grayed-out labels at the bottom of the chart. |
Table (Breakdown)
The breakdown table shows your visitors, bookings, conversion rate, and potential income in the selected time frame (date filter).Notice: The table will adjust to the “Chart + Table View” filter setting. Depending on the filter setting (day, week, month), the data will be aggregated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
