Please make sure that you are not trying to log in to our customer account section on our marketplace www.getyourguide.com. This is a separate area and for customer accounts only.
Your partner credentials will not work.
To log in to your partner account, please visit our Affiliate Partner Administration and log in.
Temporary interruption of the partner portal
Despite our efforts to minimize or avoid it, a temporary outage can sometimes happen due to ongoing engineer work. If that is the case, please bear with us and try to log in some time later. It also might help to check our status page in regards to possible interruptions.
