What is my partner ID number?
As a GetYourGuide partner, you’ll be given a personal partner ID number. This is a unique identifier that will connect the bookings with your partner account. It’s why you should always log in through the partner portal before you start booking for your clients.
How do I check my bookings?
Keep track of your bookings and your commission with the Analytics view in the partner portal. We have three statuses:
- Pending - Your client made the booking but didn’t take part in it yet (potential commission).
- Canceled - Your client canceled the booking (no commission).
- Completed - Your client went on the activity and your commission will be paid on the 5th of the next month (if you reached €50 threshold).
When will I receive a commission for my bookings?
Your commission earnings will be transferred to the bank account you have provided in your partner account under “Payment details” on the 5th of the following month after the tour has been conducted. Please note you will only be paid out, when having reached the minimum threshold of 50,00 USD. Please note, that commission will be paid on the amount that is finally charged, meaning if a booking got partially refunded the commission will apply to the reduced amount.
Where can I find my commission?
Your commission receipt, will be uploaded to your account after the commission has been paid by GetYourGuide. To find and download your accounting receipts please select the “Payment” tab in your partner account.
How frequently is my analytics updated?
The number of visits and conversion rates are updated on a daily basis with a one-day calculation period. Income, outstanding bookings and bookings for activities that have taken place are updated simultaneously.
Can I receive payment in my country's currency?
Over 40 currencies are currently available: Euro, US Dollar, Australian Dollar, British Pounds, Danish Krone, Norwegian Krone, New Zealand Dollar, Swedish Krona, Canadian Dollar, Brazilian Real, Swiss Franc, Singapore Dollar, Turkish Lira, and many more.
If you would like to change your payment currency after your account has been activated, please select the “Payment Details” tab on the top right of your profile icon. Here you will be able to select the currency you would like to be paid in.
Where is my proof of payment/receipt?
The proof of payment/receipt will be sent in the confirmation email after your booking has been confirmed. Please scroll down to “Your Receipt” and click on “Download Receipt”.
Do you offer discounts for partners?
We offer a 15% employee discount to all our registered travel agency partners. Please note, that if you use the discount code you will not be able to earn commission for the bookings. Please request your personal 15% discount code at firstname.lastname@example.org.
